From Behaviour to Relationships
LTSA will launch a new programme is 2021, designed to help schools tackle some of the unique challenges that they are currently facing. Created by local behaviour consultant, Steve Russell and LTSA’s Steve Willshaw, with contributions from a team of consultants from around the world, the programme will incorporate elements of transactional analysis. Participants will be introduced to the Functional Fluency framework as a mechanism to address a wide range of issues including: developing the effectiveness of leadership teams; addressing disruptive pupil behaviour, improving team performance and meeting mental health and wellbeing needs. Support with implementation will be a key element, as participants work with the programme leaders to develop a plan that meets the the needs of their school.
